About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and platform services;
- Build APIs and data pipelines that support AI and agent-driven workflows;
- Integrate backend systems with cloud infrastructure and data stores;
- Take end-to-end ownership of features in a fast-moving startup environment;
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions;
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python, backend API development, and system design
- Experience with AWS and relational SQL databases
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and thrive in a startup-intensive environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.
- Nice to have: experience working with LLMs, agentic frameworks, or RAG-based systems
