About the role
- Lead the end-to-end development of new platform features, from planning and prioritization to implementation, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering peers to shape both technical solutions and product direction
- Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and scalability
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices
- Participate in product brainstorming, refinement, and continuous improvement sessions
- Proactively share knowledge and mentor peers within a small, agile team
Requirements
- Strong fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Solid understanding of or strong interest in cloud infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Azure, AWS, Docker)
- Proven experience developing scalable, production-grade applications
- Passion for writing clean, maintainable, reusable code with a focus on testing and best practices
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Collaborative mindset and self-driven approach to problem-solving
- Experience with Python or Machine Learning is a plus
