Intrepid Studios is seeking an experienced Technical Producer to lead planning, management and completion of all technical projects for an upcoming MMORPG
Establish, coordinate, track and manage activities of project resources to ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and at expected quality
Determine and communicate schedules, status, updates, major decisions, risks, and blockages
Evaluate internal processes and implement improvements as required
Facilitate collaborative review processes between stakeholders and team members
Cultivate relationships to drive projects forward
Provide oversight of the master schedule and manage team resources
Capture change requests, communicate impact, request stakeholder decisions, and execute changes
Determine requirements to build clear and concise project schedules and plans
Identify, track, manage, and resolve issues from internal and external factors
Provide motivation and direction to ensure project goals, milestones, and deliverables are achieved
Lead and drive status meetings to be functional and efficient

Technical Producer

• Develop & Maintain Cloud Infrastructure – Work with Kubernetes (Minikube, GKE, EKS) to ensure reliable and scalable cloud environments
• Automate & Optimize – Write Python scripts (and learn Go!) to automate developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management
• Build Cloud Services – Assist in building and maintaining scalable backend cloud services that support game development and online gameplay
• Integrate Cloud Services with UE5 – Ensure seamless integration between cloud-based systems and the Unreal Engine game environment
• Manage Deployment & Infrastructure – Help maintain and improve Helm charts for deploying cloud applications and infrastructure components
• Support Build & Testing Pipelines – Contribute to automated testing and build pipelines to maintain high-quality cloud service releases
• Monitor & Improve Performance – Analyze logs, metrics, and performance data to optimize system efficiency
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work with game developers, infrastructure engineers, and production teams to enhance cloud service functionality
