About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java 11/17+ and Spring Boot
Implement and maintain REST APIs for performance, scalability, and security
Write unit tests using JUnit and Mockito
Model and optimize data persistence across SQL and NoSQL databases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Java 11 or 17+
Strong experience with Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with RESTful API development
Experience with microservice architectures
Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with JUnit and Mockito
Experience with Gradle as a build tool
Familiarity with AWS services
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to have: experience with Dynatrace and Kibana
Nice to have: knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Nice to have: experience with SonarQ for code quality analysis
Nice to have: Docker and Kubernetes containerization/orchestration experience
