About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design scalable, maintainable architectures for new projects using modern fullstack technologies.
Provide accurate technical estimates, identify risks, and create realistic project plans based on business realities.
Develop robust, production-ready applications using Next.js, React, and complementary backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, etc.).
Conduct code reviews, establish best practices. Set the technical direction and quality standards.
Champion the adoption of AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity and code quality while maintaining best practices.
Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
Establish and maintain quality standards including unit testing, integration testing, code coverage, and security best practices. Implement monitoring and observability solutions.
Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and RFP responses. Understand client requirements, propose solutions, and establish credibility as a technical expert.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3+ years in full stack development.
Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js, with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
Prior experience as a technical lead or architect in client-facing roles.
Hands-on experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or equivalent), databases (SQL & NoSQL), and REST/GraphQL APIs.
Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Proven experience in presales activities: presenting solutions to clients, writing technical proposals, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of estimating projects accurately and delivering on time.
Strong understanding of software quality practices: unit testing, integration testing, code review processes, and continuous integration/deployment.
Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows (Agile/Scrum).
