About the role
- Attract candidates through various job platforms;**
- Advertise open roles on various channels;**
- Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities;**
- Work closely with different departments to forecast staffing needs;**
- Screen, interview, and make sure every candidate leaves with a great impression of us (whether hired or not);**
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process;**

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills of written and spoken **English (B1+)**;**
- At least** 1 year** of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience;**
- Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;**
- Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills;**
- Having an eye for detail and high work-quality standards;**
- Open, easy-going personality.
