About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform analysis of accidents or near-misses, providing guidelines and an analysis methodology to determine causes;
Provide technical support to departments, always focused on legal compliance and the safety and physical integrity of those involved;
Conduct and participate in inspections on a wide range of safety-related topics;
Deliver training whenever necessary;
Train and monitor the emergency response team (emergency brigade);
Develop and implement occupational safety management procedures;
Actively participate in the planning and execution of SIPAT (Internal Week for the Prevention of Occupational Accidents);
Promote the annual emergency drills for buildings in accordance with the PAE (Emergency Response Program), also developed internally by the professional with support from the occupational safety engineer;
Establish, maintain, and closely monitor the activities of CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention);
Participate in initiatives and projects related to employee well-being, aligned with new legal requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with registration at the MTE (Ministry of Labor and Employment);
Civil Firefighter certification;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Strongly desirable:
Familiarity with AI concepts and tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).
