Key responsibilities & impact

Design prompt architectures for agents based on LLMs
Create robust system prompts and behavioral guardrails
Develop Context Engineering strategies
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with corporate knowledge bases
Structure evaluation pipelines for prompts and LLM responses
Work on reducing hallucinations and improving response accuracy
Design fallback strategies, context control, and grounding
Collaborate with engineers to integrate with APIs and corporate systems
Oversee deployment, monitoring, and evolution of agents in production

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI applications
Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
Experience with RAG and knowledge retrieval
Experience evaluating language model responses
Ability to craft complex prompts and conversational architectures
Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and system integrations
Experience with conversational agents (chat or voice)
Experience with embeddings and vector databases
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Experience with LLM evaluation and observability
Experience in Customer Experience / Contact Centers
