Key responsibilities & impact

Development and maintenance of backend solutions in C#/.NET.
Integration with external systems via APIs, webhooks, and services.
Development of conversational agents (text and voice).
Participation in prompt engineering and context structuring with support from the team.
Support in the technical analysis of requests alongside business areas.
Participation in testing, validation, and continuous improvement of solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Generative AI / LLM (Large Language Models) projects applied to conversational solutions (text and voice).
Experience with backend development in C#/.NET and building APIs (REST or SOAP).
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman or similar). Ability to test APIs, validate responses, and support debugging of integrations.
Knowledge of development best practices (OOP, SOLID); understanding of OOP and SOLID principles to write organized, reusable, and maintainable code.
Experience with code versioning (Git / Bitbucket): daily use (commit, branch, merge) and familiarity with pull requests and code review.
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman or similar). Ability to test APIs, validate responses, and support debugging of integrations.
Knowledge of the fundamental concepts of Generative AI and its mathematical/statistical limitations.
Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs such as GPT, Claude, etc.).
Basic understanding of concepts like RAG, embeddings, and conversational context.
Experience with Docker.
Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment.
Knowledge of dependency injection and DDD.
