Key responsibilities & impact

Validate deployment artifacts from an operational standpoint
Oversee system health, performance metrics, and service availability
Identify, analyze, and resolve platform incidents
Mitigate operational toil by automating recurring standard procedures
Implement robust monitoring and logging strategies to meet compliance audits

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of deep operational experience managing self-managed Kubernetes clusters
Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring ecosystems (such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
Deep understanding of core networking concepts
Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery processes (such as GitLab, Jenkins)
Fundamental comprehension of core IT Service Management processes
Proven experience extracting actionable operational insights
Experienced in authoring technical documentation
Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and German (at least C1 level for both)
Residency and right to work in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland
