About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to align project goals and ensure transparency across the programme.
- Gather insights from across the product flow to translate complex needs into clear specifications, features, and user stories.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and scope of work, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and technical guidelines.
- Collaborate with system architects and other product lines to integrate CI/CD and registry tools seamlessly into the wider platform.
- Evaluate customer needs against engineering complexity to make informed decisions on backlog items, balancing feasibility with stakeholder expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end development cycle by consulting with internal teams and translating requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Product Owner within complex, scalable platform environments.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage a robust product backlog.
- Strong background in agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Technical proficiency with DevOps practices, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Registry and Artifactory management solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate technical alignment across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in documentation and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- A fundamental understanding of Kubernetes, IAM, and observability tools is preferred.
- Experience with UI-driven developer portals or mission-critical systems is a plus.
- Fluent English in speech and writing.
