About the role

  • Consult with Product Management and Architecture to ensure the Quality Assurance strategy aligns with the evolving needs of the internal developer platform
  • Proactively plan and prioritise tests, ensuring transparent communication of timelines and progress to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate specific QA functions, ensuring thorough test execution across all platform components
  • Adapt testing strategies and processes to remain compliant with new requirements and industry guidelines
  • Orchestrate regression testing to maintain system functionality and manage systematic bug reporting and fix validation
  • Balance manual and automated testing efforts while offering detailed insights into methodologies and outcomes

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on strategy development and project coordination
  • Proven track record in Stakeholder Management and technical alignment
  • Strong background in DevOps environments and testing within complex, multi-stage infrastructures
  • Previous experience in a QA Team Lead or similar leadership capacity
  • Proficiency with test orchestration tools (such as Testkube) and test management software (such as TestRail)
  • Knowledge of CI tools and Artifact Registries
  • Familiarity with Developer Portal frameworks and self-service hub architectures
  • Fluent English in speech and writing
  • Residency in the EU, EEC, UK, or Switzerland
