About the role

  • You support the development of a sales-strong, market-relevant and profitable assortment, thereby actively shaping the success of our members in brick-and-mortar retail.
  • Participation in season planning and assortment design
  • Support in developing commercially successful category strategies
  • Point of contact for our members on category-specific questions
  • Interface for market insights and member inquiries
  • Sales support related to our sales fair
  • Managing remaining stock (pick warehouse)
  • Article creation and master data management in SAP
  • Maintaining master lists and product data
  • Contributing to projects on current focus topics

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, retail/commerce, or a commercial apprenticeship with equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in category management, purchasing or product management is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools
  • Structured, independent and meticulous working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with members and brand partners
  • Team spirit and openness to a modern matrix organization
  • Solution orientation, initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Interest in sports and a good sense for retail trends
