About the role
- Acquisition of new clients including proposal preparation and participation in contract negotiations
- Advising and managing existing accounts with a focus on long-term customer retention
- Developing tailored strategies and partnership approaches for assigned partners
- Identifying business opportunities through market, industry and company analyses
- Selling integrated marketing campaigns across all channels: online, social media, content, POS
- Representing IMS & INTERSPORT at partner meetings, trade shows and sales presentations
- Further developing existing product portfolios and actively networking with relevant decision-makers
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in sales, account management or business development
- Strong communication skills combined with negotiation expertise and a confident presence
- Analytical mindset to assess customer potential and market opportunities
- High degree of personal responsibility, structured working style and customer focus
- Affinity for sports, marketing and retail is desirable
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken); good English skills are an advantage.
