About the role

  • Acquisition of new clients including proposal preparation and participation in contract negotiations
  • Advising and managing existing accounts with a focus on long-term customer retention
  • Developing tailored strategies and partnership approaches for assigned partners
  • Identifying business opportunities through market, industry and company analyses
  • Selling integrated marketing campaigns across all channels: online, social media, content, POS

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in sales, account management or business development
  • Strong communication skills combined with negotiation expertise and a confident presence
  • Analytical mindset to assess customer potential and market opportunities
  • High degree of personal responsibility, structured working style and customer focus
  • Affinity for sports, marketing and retail is desirable
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken); good English skills are an advantage.
