About the role
- Support in planning, executing and optimizing e‑mail campaigns across the customer journey
- Assist in creating newsletter and campaign briefings (audiences, content, segmentation, personalization)
- Operational implementation of mailings in the CRM/marketing automation tool
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue contribution, etc.)
- Derive optimization actions to improve performance
- Support A/B tests and the further development of automation flows
- Contribute to loyalty campaigns and the development of customer retention initiatives
- Prepare presentations and performance reports for internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Mandatory internship as required by your degree program
- Strong interest in CRM, data-driven marketing and customer experience
- Analytical thinking skills and confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
- Ideally some initial experience with e‑mail marketing, marketing automation or BI tools
- Structured, careful working style and strong affinity for numbers
- Team player with the ability to work independently
