About the role

  • Support in planning, executing and optimizing e‑mail campaigns across the customer journey
  • Assist in creating newsletter and campaign briefings (audiences, content, segmentation, personalization)
  • Operational implementation of mailings in the CRM/marketing automation tool
  • Monitoring, analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue contribution, etc.)
  • Derive optimization actions to improve performance
  • Support A/B tests and the further development of automation flows
  • Contribute to loyalty campaigns and the development of customer retention initiatives
  • Prepare presentations and performance reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Mandatory internship as required by your degree program
  • Strong interest in CRM, data-driven marketing and customer experience
  • Analytical thinking skills and confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ideally some initial experience with e‑mail marketing, marketing automation or BI tools
  • Structured, careful working style and strong affinity for numbers
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
