About the role
- You will actively participate in all stages of product development
- Front-end development
- Back-end development
- Designing new features: CSR management dashboard, sustainability report editor, ESG scoring system…
- Integration with external APIs
- Continuous improvement of UX/UI and contribution to the product roadmap
- Implementation of data analysis modules (KPI calculations, benchmarks, visualization)
- Participation in technical decisions and the evolution of the product architecture
- R&D on AI/ML projects (automatic data extraction, prediction of sustainability/CSR performance…)
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in web development (JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or an equivalent backend language)
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Genuine technical curiosity, eagerness to learn quickly, and a drive to build tangible products
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment: emphasis on execution rather than theory
- An interest in CSR, sustainability, or tech-for-good is a strong plus (but not required)
