Transform complex operational data into clear, actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making across the business
Work closely with Operations, Asset Management, Finance, and Technology to define meaningful metrics, build scalable reporting, and surface trends that strengthen asset reliability, cost control, and long-term value
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational performance indicators
Standardize metrics and definitions to create a consistent, trusted source of performance data
Translate complex datasets into clear insights for both technical and non-technical partners
Analyze trends, anomalies, and performance drivers to identify improvement opportunities
Partner with Operations leaders to quantify impacts related to availability, cost, and efficiency
Support root-cause analysis and performance reviews with accurate, timely data
Collaborate with Finance and Asset Management to align operational performance with financial outcomes
Support forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis using reliable performance data
Deliver ad hoc analysis to inform strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational decisions
Improve data integrity through validation, automation, and clear documentation
Partner with Technology teams to enhance data pipelines and reporting tools
Develop repeatable, scalable processes that grow with an expanding asset portfolio

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
Experience analyzing operational or performance data in asset-heavy, industrial, or infrastructure-focused environments
Strong technical skills in SQL, Azure, and Python; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
Familiarity with KPIs, performance management frameworks, and reporting best practices
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating insights to diverse stakeholder groups
A detail-oriented, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
