About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leading multiple, complex projects in accordance with requirements and within budget
  • Chairing meetings with Senior Leadership and Stakeholders across the business
  • Working across multiple strategic teams within the company to align resources and understand requirements
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance to achieve milestones.
  • Define success metrics aligned to the business strategy
  • Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks; resolve escalated issues and recover struggling projects when needed
  • Be responsible for the recognition of revenue and forecasting
  • Manage stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors, through clear communication and regular status reporting
  • Building and maintaining Customer Relationships across multiple Customers
  • Identifying potential growth and work areas across current projects and customers
  • Acting as an escalation point of contact
  • Mentoring the junior members of the PMO
  • Ensuring OKRs and KPIs are met for the PMO
  • Contribute to improving project management standards, methods, and tools across the organisation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous Project Management experience is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be commutable to the Basingstoke office and would be required to be on site a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • The successful candidate will need to already hold DV Security Clearance.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including with senior executives.
  • Advanced planning, organisation, and time management, with high attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple initiatives.
