About the role
- Ensure the best talent joins and provide a stellar first interaction with interop.io
- Immerse in supported teams, understand talent needs, and act as primary advisor on talent attraction and hiring
- Own the entire recruitment process from setting recruitment strategy through sourcing, selection, and closing roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple locations to support and, where necessary, challenge hiring decisions and process
- Focus on hiring top tech/IT talent as well as business roles; advise stakeholders on competitive markets and sourcing strategies
- Participate in People team initiatives and projects to support Talent Acquisition strategy and overall candidate experience
- Build and maintain engaging candidate relationships during the recruitment process
- Represent interop.io at conferences, career fairs, and networking events; support employer branding initiatives including event preparation and swag
- Provide regular reports and follow-up on recruitment metrics to senior management
- Share knowledge of industry trends, talent pools, sourcing channels, and relevant communities
- Fixed-term contract for 18 months
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including with a strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations/markets and adapting to different talent landscapes
- Experience in utilizing various sourcing and attraction methods
- Great interviewing and presentation skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly
- A strong negotiator with well-developed influencing skills
- A problem-solver who sees opportunities in the obstacles
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
