About the role
- Provide support to the sales team and assist with daily office needs
- Prepare documents, such as proposals and contracts
- Plan business trips as well as internal meetings
- Carry out research for the New Business Development project
- Update and maintain the sales database
Requirements
- High level of English (Czech language is not needed)
- Work independently with strong organizational and planning skills
- Be detail-oriented and reliable
- Maintain positive attitude and high energy in the team
- Previous experience in administration or tourism industry is an advantage
