Insurance Sales Support Assistant
International Insurance Group, Inc.Insurance Sales Support Specialist reaching out to clients for insurance opportunities. Responsible for lead generation, quoting, and relationship building in a remote capacity.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact prospective clients who have previously requested quotes.
- Reach out to former clients to earn back their business.
- Offer bundled insurance quotes to existing customers with only Home or Auto insurance.
- Gather all necessary information for accurate insurance quotes.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified opportunities to licensed insurance agents.
- Follow up with prospects and clients as directed.
- Maintain detailed notes of all conversations and activities.
- Meet daily outbound call, lead generation, and appointment-setting goals.
- Build positive relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous customer service, sales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections professionally.
- Basic computer skills and experience working with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and accurately document conversations.
- Bilingual (English plus Ukrainian, Romanian or Russian) is a strong advantage.
