About the role

  • Support the International Fund’s visual communications and public profile
  • Work closely with the Communications team for visual consistency, clarity, and quality across outputs
  • Engage on projects as needs arise, from short-term to long-term support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design for digital and print media
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution
  • Experience working with nonprofit, media, public interest, or mission-driven organizations (preferred)
  • Experience working with distributed teams across different contexts and time zones
  • Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback effectively
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with communications and program teams
