About the role
- Support the International Fund’s visual communications and public profile
- Work closely with the Communications team for visual consistency, clarity, and quality across outputs
- Engage on projects as needs arise, from short-term to long-term support
- Design publications, presentations, and other visual materials
- Create infographics and data visualizations for print and digital use
- Ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and contribute to organizational identity
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design for digital and print media
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution
- Experience working with nonprofit, media, public interest, or mission-driven organizations (preferred)
- Experience working with distributed teams across different contexts and time zones
- Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback effectively
- Ability to collaborate effectively with communications and program teams
