About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure the integration between Salesforce and the DocuSign eSignature package
Debug processes in the Salesforce and FormAssembly integration
Update document templates for Conga Composer document creation and integration
Build workflows including: scheduled reminder emails to IBP staff, confirmation emails to partners, approval workflows for partner reports
Review and improve IBP’s use of the Salesforce Lightning platform
Implement configuration changes, support data cleanup, troubleshoot bugs, and provide user training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Salesforce configuration experience, including working with Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP
Prior experience supporting nonprofit organizations
Familiarity with common nonprofit integrations (e.g., DocuSign, FormAssembly)
Experience with system configuration, external integration, and Salesforce workflows
Proficiency in English
