About the role
- Support the planning and execution of workshops, virtual meetings, and networking events
- Assist with venue research and bookings, and coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., catering, audiovisual equipment)
- Provide online support for participants, speakers, and trainers
- Help track and manage event expenses, assist with participant invoicing and payment follow-ups, and maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist in preparing promotional content for social media and newsletters
- Support feedback collection, analyze event outcomes, and contribute to event reporting
- Provide general administrative support and assist with additional projects as needed
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Valid right to work in Germany
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); basic German or additional languages are an advantage
- Some practical experience in event planning or customer service
- Reliable and customer-service oriented
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office
