About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles
Drive the strategy of Hybrid Squads and lead foundational initiatives
Create and evolve acceleration programs for talent focused on artificial intelligence
Structure and track action plans based on operational metrics and OKRs

Define, lead and monitor strategic initiatives, with particular emphasis on AI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong people management skills
Systemic, broad business perspective
Proficiency in engineering and agility metrics
Experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
Ability to influence without formal direct authority
Capacity for strategic execution with a results focus
Proven experience leading mainframe modernization projects using AI
Experience building and managing proprietary Generative AI platforms within large financial institutions
Advanced experience with governance mechanisms and performance measurement for large-scale AI agents
Mastery of agile frameworks applied to the delivery of innovative technology solutions
