About the role

  • Create operational control indicators aligned with business objectives, OKRs, and KPIs;
  • Develop clear, impactful dashboards for product and business teams;
  • Model specialized data structures and databases for advanced analyses;
  • Prepare datasets for analytical consumption by non-technical users;
  • Perform exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities;
  • Create and evolve standards and concepts within analytics pipelines;
  • Take a leading role in promoting a data-driven culture in the project's daily operations;
  • Support Product Managers' decisions with data-driven insights;
  • Monitor product lifecycles through continuous analysis;
  • Collaborate to continuously improve analytics pipelines and data governance.

Requirements

  • Data manipulation and modeling;
  • Proficiency in at least one of SQL or Python for data analysis and preparation;
  • Skill with data visualization tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight);
  • Analytical ability and critical thinking to interpret indicators and metrics;
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS (S3, Athena, Glue, Redshift);
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses into accessible insights.
