About the role

  • Develop high-quality code that is scalable, readable, and adheres to company standards.
  • Design, build, and maintain backend APIs and services for real-time dashboard data delivery.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, integrate business logic, and refine technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
  • Document development processes, code changes and other technical information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience with .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core for building APIs and services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to reliability, and comfort working in a production environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
  • Working understanding of Agile and familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS.
  • Passion for mentoring and coaching less-experienced colleagues and viewing that as an opportunity for growth.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Azure and Amazon Web Services for globally distributed products.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tooling.
  • Experience leading projects from concept to delivery.
