Working Student, Consultant, Project Manager Assistant, PMO

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and advise project managers in all phases of project management
- Establish, further develop and ensure internal and external PMO standards, methods and processes
- Create and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards and management presentations
- Monitor project progress, budgets, resources and risks
- Perform project controlling and KPI reporting
- Prepare and facilitate project and steering committee meetings
- Support portfolio and resource planning
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of project management tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Entry-level to several years of professional experience in a PMO, project management or consulting environment
- Good knowledge of common project management methodologies (traditional, agile or hybrid)
- Experience in project controlling and reporting
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally experienced with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity or similar solutions
- Analytical and structured working style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Very good German and good English skills
