About the role

  • Act as the single point of contact for our U.S. clients – a great communicator, diplomat, and negotiator
  • Manage web and mobile projects from end to end – from discovery and scoping to launch and beyond
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and other PMs to bring product ideas to life
  • Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, plan sprints, manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health
  • Co-create the product vision with clients – consult on features, MVP strategies, and the best way to deliver value to users
  • Lead project staffing and resource planning in collaboration with other departments
  • Constantly look for ways to improve how we work – both inside your team and company-wide

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management (especially in a software house or digital agency)
  • Hands-on experience delivering custom software projects from scratch to release
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM
  • Ability to step into a Scrum Master or Product Owner role if needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • English skills at C1 level or higher – both spoken and written
  • Creativity, great communication skills, and genuine passion for tech
