Key responsibilities & impact

Conversion Funnel Optimization (CRO): Monitor user flow on Intellux’s website, identifying and removing friction points that prevent sign-ups and plan subscriptions.
Strategic Copywriting: Write and test messaging focused on real benefits for SMEs and startups, highlighting our proprietary architecture and AI agents (avoiding the perception of being just a “wrapper”).
Support and Digital CX Management: Structure and manage support channels, using them as sources of intelligence to improve the product and the website’s communication.
Automation and Relationship Workflows: Configure email automations and notification flows to convert leads, onboard new users, and recover inactive users.
SaaS Metrics Analysis: Monitor CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), churn rate, and the efficiency of commercial plans in terms of operational costs (the AI unit economics) on a daily basis.
Product Marketing: Translate Intellux’s technical features (such as the editorial calendar and scheduling) into clear value propositions that address B2B market pain points.
