About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full project lifecycle, from inclusion in the portfolio to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, scope, quality and risk management.
Consolidate and monitor KPIs, dashboards and management reports to support decision-making.
Work with agile and traditional methodologies, facilitating ceremonies, alignments and tracking deliveries.
Serve as a liaison with clients, sponsors, technical teams and strategic stakeholders.
Support the definition of roadmaps, OKRs and strategic planning for the Projects area.
Ensure contractual, technical, regulatory and commercial compliance of deliverables.
Support transformation processes, structuring and strengthening project governance.
Lead meetings with clients, internal and external teams.
Be available for domestic and international travel.
Facilitate ceremonies related to project management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
Previous experience as a Project Manager or in similar roles.
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP or related are desirable.
Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish are desirable for conducting meetings and supporting international projects.
