About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design clear consulting presentations for senior and mixed seniority audiences.
  • Turn rough content into strong storylines, page structures and visual explanations.
  • Create workshop slides, case study pages, exercise instructions and participant workbooks.
  • Produce simple diagrams, icons, templates and visual systems that remain easy to edit.
  • Edit short videos, screen recordings and demonstration clips for learning use.
  • Apply brand rules consistently across presentation and supporting materials.
  • Improve readability, accessibility and visual hierarchy without adding unnecessary decoration.
  • Work closely with consultants, facilitators and learning designers through review cycles.
  • Manage versions, source files and final handover packs.
  • Deliver accurate work to short deadlines and respond quickly to final changes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least five years of professional presentation, visual communication or multimedia design experience.
  • A strong portfolio of consulting, corporate learning or executive presentation work.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skill, including masters, layouts, charts, diagrams and editable assets.
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva or equivalent.
  • Ability to edit short videos and screen recordings with clean sound, captions and transitions.
  • Strong judgement about story, structure, spacing, typography and accessibility.
  • Ability to understand complex business or technical content and ask useful questions.
  • Experience working with senior consultants and tight review deadlines.
  • Reliable attention to detail and file management.
  • Availability for remote work and occasional travel to UK client sites.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to provide services as an independent contractor.
