About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers
  • Support new Radiographers and trainees
  • Upskill current CT staff
  • Optimise scan quality, workflows, and protocols
  • Contribute to operational projects and business development initiatives within the CT space
  • Assist with equipment procurement
  • Drive workflow improvements
  • Support protocol enhancements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise service delivery and clinical outcomes
  • Work closely with the CT Modality Lead, Radiologists, referrers, Referrer Relationship Specialists, and relevant internal support teams
  • Promote safe CT practices, standardised workflows, and excellent patient care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CT across a wide range of CT examinations
  • Experience training or mentoring other CT Radiographers or students
  • Experience with troubleshooting image quality and workflows
  • Ability to analyse CT services and operations and provide continuous improvements
  • Willingness to travel between regional sites as needed
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor of Medical Imaging
  • AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use Licence
  • Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position
