About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement customer-focused, technically and visually appealing, and intuitively usable web applications based on Shopware.
Consider and optimize the customer journey and UI/UX.
Generate ideas to improve conversion rates, user experience, and Core Web Vitals.
Optimize load times and analyze abandonment rates.
Ensure all features are implemented to a high-quality standard with excellent performance and usability.
Independently coordinate with all relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce and shop platforms—ideally Shopware—or other content management systems.
Multilingual: fluent in German and English; proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
