Senior Frontend Developer, Web Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement customer-focused, technically and visually appealing, and intuitively usable web applications based on Shopware.
- Consider and optimize the customer journey and UI/UX.
- Generate ideas to improve conversion rates, user experience, and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize load times and analyze abandonment rates.
- Ensure all features are implemented to a high-quality standard with excellent performance and usability.
- Independently coordinate with all relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce and shop platforms—ideally Shopware—or other content management systems.
- Multilingual: fluent in German and English; proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
