About the role

  • Conceptualize, develop and implement customer-oriented web applications on the Shopware platform that are technically and visually appealing and intuitively usable.
  • Consider the customer journey and UI/UX.
  • Develop ideas to improve conversion rates, user experience and Core Web Vitals.
  • Optimize load times and analyze drop-off/abandonment rates.
  • Ensure all features are implemented to a high quality standard with excellent performance and usability.
  • Coordinate independently with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, completed vocational training as an IT specialist, or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3–5 years' experience in e-commerce and shop platforms, ideally Shopware, or other content management systems.
  • Fluent in German and English, and highly proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
