About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for direct management of Account Team staff, including assigning tasks and managing workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • All required active property & casualty (P&C) licensing
  • Outstanding communication and people management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
