About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle Account Associate activities for the IOA Employee Benefits team
- Assist in managing an assigned book of business
- Deliver outstanding client service at all times
- Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Account Coordinator(s)
- Actively seek to grow IOA business
- Track policy expirations for existing clients
- Support team training and development

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 + years of Employee Benefits experience
- Active Life & Health License
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
