About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B or a life science industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory
  • Regular business travel, mostly by car, within the assigned geographic region
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs. of professional sales samples and literature
  • Ability to set, communicate, and execute a territory business strategy
  • Ability to execute sales and marketing plans
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships
  • Proven ability to orchestrate activities in a collaborative setting
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take appropriate action
  • Proficiency with technology, including large data systems, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitors
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred: Strong network of established professional relationships with endocrinologists and diabetes-focused primary care providers
