About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive adoption of the diabetes data management platform through tailored education and communication for healthcare providers
  • Lead effective clinic onboarding and proactively address customer needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and resolve provider questions about platform usage and reporting
  • Present the platform’s value proposition and provide technical and educational expertise
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the diabetes data management platform
  • Educate healthcare providers and internal stakeholders on platform value, features, initiatives, and enhancements
  • Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions with minimal clinic workflow disruption
  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to execute organizational priorities
  • Capture and share customer feedback about innovation, functionality, and product enhancements
  • Support clinical inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance
  • Travel approximately 75% within the assigned region, including overnight travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with diabetes data management platforms and/or medical device sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and align internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver regional objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts and clinical workflow processes into clear, simplified, actionable steps
  • Strong collaborative skills with focus on execution and results
  • Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for technology-related issues
  • Proficiency with healthcare technology and clinical workflow systems, including enterprise data platforms and personal medical devices such as insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and apply learnings to inform decisions and strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant clinical experience
  • 2+ years specializing in diabetes management
  • Professional, up-to-date credentials and/or certifications such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or other clinical credentials and/or certifications
  • State licensure, as required per state
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area
  • Must reside within reasonable commuting proximity to a major airport/airline hub
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs. of professional materials
