About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map, model, and document processes
Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimizations to process flows
Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements
Monitor process performance indicators (KPIs)
Support automation and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure processes are aligned with the Protheus (TOTVS) system
Create and maintain up-to-date functional documentation and flowcharts
Support training and the dissemination of process best practices
Responsible for controlling and tracking non-conformity resolutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields)
Experience modeling processes using Bizagi
Experience with administrative and/or commercial processes
Knowledge of the Protheus (TOTVS) system
Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
Effective communication skills with business stakeholders
