About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update and maintain brand guidelines (Brand Standards);
- Support category owners in mapping, contacting, and prospecting suppliers for approval;
- Assist with competitor analyses and prepare materials to support negotiations with suppliers, using Excel and PowerPoint;
- Participate in meetings with the global team (in English), following up on alignments regarding suppliers and Brand Standard solutions;
- Ensure the supplier database is kept up to date, organized, and accurate;
- Assist buyers with activities required to define the purchasing plan;
- Support communication with hotels and suppliers regarding procurement requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Relations, International Trade, or Leisure & Tourism / Hospitality;
- Expected graduation between 06/2027 and 06/2028;
- Enrolled in evening classes;
- Advanced English;
- Basic Spanish;
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
