About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Update and maintain brand guidelines (Brand Standards);
  • Support category owners in mapping, contacting, and prospecting suppliers for approval;
  • Assist with competitor analyses and prepare materials to support negotiations with suppliers, using Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Participate in meetings with the global team (in English), following up on alignments regarding suppliers and Brand Standard solutions;
  • Ensure the supplier database is kept up to date, organized, and accurate;
  • Assist buyers with activities required to define the purchasing plan;
  • Support communication with hotels and suppliers regarding procurement requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Relations, International Trade, or Leisure & Tourism / Hospitality;
  • Expected graduation between 06/2027 and 06/2028;
  • Enrolled in evening classes;
  • Advanced English;
  • Basic Spanish;
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
