About the role
- Prospect and sell via phone and digital platforms;
- Provide consultative, personalized service, identifying the needs of leads;
- Present and sell our postgraduate courses to professionals in Physical Education, Nutrition, and Physiotherapy;
- Conduct negotiations and prepare strategic commercial proposals;
- Work with targets and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service via digital platforms, customer service (SAC), call centers, or similar areas;
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics;
- Interest in professional growth and development;
- Focused, organized, and proactive;
- Experience in sales within the education sector;
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite;
- High school diploma or higher;
- Desire to grow in the commercial/sales area.
