About the role
- Conduct prospecting and sales via telephone and digital platforms;
- Provide consultative, personalized service, identifying leads' needs;
- Present and sell our postgraduate courses to professionals in Physical Education, Nutrition, and Physiotherapy;
- Lead negotiations and prepare strategic commercial proposals;
- Work with targets and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service via digital platforms, SAC (customer service), call centers, or similar areas;
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics;
- Interest in professional growth and development;
- Focused, organized, and proactive profile;
- Experience selling in the education sector;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite;
- Completed high school; higher education is a plus;
- Motivated to grow in a commercial/sales career.
