About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of in-person and remote training sessions;
- Develop and update training materials, lab exercises, and technical documentation;
- Deliver training sessions under the guidance of more experienced specialists;
- Support technical consulting projects for internal and external clients;
- Produce technical reports, configuration guides, and supporting documentation;
- Participate in technical studies and evaluations of new technologies related to networks, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence;
- Support the development of solutions to meet the needs of Inatel's clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Knowledge of:
- IP networks and routing protocols,
- IPv4 and IPv6,
- OSPF,
- BGP,
- VLANs,
- VPNs,
- QoS;
- Familiarity with:
- Virtualization and cloud computing,
- Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI,
- Linux and automation using Python;
- Intermediate English for reading technical documentation;
