About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of in-person and remote training sessions;
Develop and update training materials, lab exercises, and technical documentation;
Deliver training sessions under the guidance of more experienced specialists;
Support technical consulting projects for internal and external clients;
Produce technical reports, configuration guides, and supporting documentation;
Participate in technical studies and evaluations of new technologies related to networks, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence;
Support the development of solutions to meet the needs of Inatel's clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
Knowledge of:
IP networks and routing protocols,
IPv4 and IPv6,
OSPF,
BGP,
VLANs,
VPNs,
QoS;
Familiarity with:
Virtualization and cloud computing,
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI,
Linux and automation using Python;
Intermediate English for reading technical documentation;
