About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze public calls, notices and other project funding instruments identified to verify technical and budgetary feasibility and alignment with the Institute's objectives and expertise.
  • Prepare documents, presentations and proposals to support the Board's decision on the relevance of the Institute's participation in each tender.
  • Consolidate quotations, feasibility analyses, statistical data collection and the Institute's project execution history; prepare complete and accurate Work Plans and Disbursement Schedules that ensure proper allocation of available human, material and financial resources for project implementation.
  • Ensure proposals are submitted within defined deadlines, entering data and delivering documents physically or digitally according to the procedures established for each tender.
  • Stay up to date with public administrative regulations and procedures as well as relevant legislation, ensuring procedural and legal compliance of documents produced by the Department.
  • Prepare a variety of presentations and reports; organize and manage physical and digital documents; and implement efficient administrative and document management practices and processes, facilitating internal communication and ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Public Policy Management or a related field;
  • Previous experience in this role within third-sector organizations (nonprofits/NGOs) or in the public sector;
  • Proficiency with public-sector document management platforms (SEI System, TransfereGov, Purchases Portal, Sem Papel, PNCP and similar systems);
  • Strong command of technology tools and productivity suites (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace);
  • Passion for people, education and innovation.
