About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement best practices, instruments and compliance tools necessary to demonstrate compliance with established project targets and the correct execution of approved Work Plans.
Prepare and submit accountability reports for ongoing projects to oversight bodies, compiling, analyzing and consolidating all relevant documentation produced by other departments of the Institute.
Identify and mitigate potential non-compliance risks in project implementation, producing reports for Department Management and the Institute's Executive Board.
Work in coordination with other departments to ensure compliance with legal deadlines and adherence to the administrative procedures of the public authorities that oversee the Institute's activities.
Organize and control physical and digital documents, ensuring the availability of necessary information, confidentiality and compliance with the Institute's guidelines, rules and parameters.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law;
Proven experience in the role within nonprofit organizations (Third Sector) or the public sector;
Passion for people, education and innovation.
Deep knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., MROSC, Law No. 14,133) and of reporting/accountability platforms used by government entities.
