About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support physician credentialing and re-credentialing processes
- Manage required documentation (medical license/CRM, specialties, certificates)
- Support the implementation of clinical and care protocols
- Control and update documents, guidelines and medical policies
- Ensure adherence to institutional and regulatory standards (ANS, CFM, accreditations)
- Provide support to committees (e.g., medical records, medical ethics, mortality review)
- Monitor clinical care indicators
- Consolidate data for meetings with medical leadership
- Prepare management reports and dashboards
- Support critical analysis of clinical performance
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Verify compliance of medical records and clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety processes
- Track action plans arising from non-conformities
- Serve as a point of contact between medical staff and administrative areas (HR, Finance, Billing)
- Support tasks related to physician contracts
- Interact with care teams (nursing, quality, billing)
- Participate in projects to improve the quality of care
- Propose improvements and optimizations for medical-administrative processes
