About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Control and record fixed assets (property, plant and equipment), ensuring correct classification and identification;
Support asset tagging (labeling) and update asset records in the system;
Perform and monitor periodic physical inventories, reconciling results with accounting records;
Record asset movements (transfers, write-offs/disposals, sales, losses, donations);
Support reconciliation of fixed assets with the Accounting department;
Maintain control of asset-related documents (invoices, custody/responsibility forms, reports);
Assist with analysis of depreciation and useful life of assets;
Support internal and external audits by providing information and asset reports;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and asset control procedures;
Assist in improving and standardizing asset management processes.

Requirements

Completed Bachelor's degree
Fields: Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas
