Senior Planning and Projects Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct market intelligence studies, benchmarking and sector analyses focused on the public health sector and OSS (Social Health Organization) models;
- Support the formulation and review of institutional strategy, connecting guidelines to the macroeconomic, political and regulatory landscape;
- Participate in the definition, structuring and rollout of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives;
- Monitor and analyze strategic performance indicators and support the preparation of executive materials (dashboards, board presentations, etc.);
- Work cross-functionally with different areas of the organization, promoting integration between strategy, operations and results;
- Manage medium to large projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met;
- Prepare schedules, action plans, budgets and project status reports;
- Track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks;
- Facilitate meetings and workshops, collaborating with teams to ensure alignment and engagement in project deliverables;
- Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights on project progress and the status of strategic planning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Public Health or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic Planning, Project Management or related areas (preferred).
- Previous experience in strategic planning, market/sector analysis and project and KPI management.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and experience in social organizations is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of strategic planning and project management methodologies (such as BSC, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Proficiency with data analysis and management tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience with project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Interact, etc.).
