About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support exploratory and descriptive analyses of large volumes of user feedback;
Analyze reviews related to image and video quality, camera performance and photographic experience;
Perform manual analyses of user comments to build and validate ground-truth datasets (Ground Truth);
Support validation of classification model quality and summaries generated by LLMs by comparing automated outputs with human evaluations;
Identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement based on collected data;
Assist in creating reports, dashboards and executive presentations;
Contribute to automation initiatives and the application of AI in feedback-analysis processes; participate in tests and experiments involving LLMs, prompting, RAG and intelligent agents;
Collaborate with global teams to consolidate and interpret results;
Present analyses and results to national and international stakeholders in Portuguese and English.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science or related fields;
Knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation;
Familiarity with basic concepts of Machine Learning, NLP or Artificial Intelligence;
Interest in Generative AI, LLMs and data analysis;
Basic knowledge of SQL, Git and Linux environments;
Advanced English for oral and written communication;
